Therefore, we've introduced automated prioritization in the SaaS discovery inbox. Multiple criteria are used to assign 'high', 'medium', and 'low' priority levels for SaaS applications, highlighting where users' attention is needed first.

The priority levels result from priority scores based on ratings, such as usage indications from your discovery sources, the number of applications in the same product category, or the average business criticality and functional fit assessment of an application in the SAP LeanIX customer base.
