Fact sheet shape templates for diagrams

Diagrams are essential for managing and communicating your organization's architecture's as-is state and transformation progress. Although SAP LeanIX supports many shape libraries, our default shape style with fact sheet colors is used when adding shapes from the inventory to the canvas.

Recognizing the benefits of adhering to established industry standards, we've added a ready-to-use ArchiMate shape mapping to fact sheet types of our pre-defined meta-model. When your organization has established its own diagramming standards, you can define templates for mapping fact sheet types to your preferred choice of shapes, colors, etc.

Admins can switch from the unchanged SAP LeanIX default shapes to ArchiMate and other libraries on the workspace level under 'Fact Sheet Shape Template' from the diagrams overview page. At the same time, each user can select from the configured shape mappings for the individual diagrams from the 'Diagram' tab in the side panel.
