Expedite transformation setup with customized templates

The transformation templates available in LeanIX Architecture and Road Map Planning (formerly BTM) make it easier to start managing the most common transformations. The significant benefit of using them is that the system automatically reflects the impact of changes on your IT landscape, so it's easier to model how they affect your transformation roadmap.

Sometimes, however, transformations are more complex than designed in the transformation templates, leading to alterations through custom impacts. To adapt transformations in LeanIX to fit your organization's initiatives, admins can now create and save their own transformation templates using any fact sheet type and custom impacts. This facilitates the usage of transformation by a wider audience without knowledge of the LeanIX meta model.
