EAM weekly feature improvement & bugfix summary
The following feature improvements have been implemented, and bugs fixed in the past week:
Inventory:
Catalog status fields are no longer being included in Fact Sheet clones, which has caused a confusing user experience.
When using the AI Assistant beta feature, you can now jump to the Fact Sheet details page from the AI Assistant's list.
Reports:
The list of Fact Sheets excluded from a report is now shown in alphabetical order instead of their hierarchy level. This makes it easier to work through the list of Fact Sheets.
Matrix reports don't end up showing 'No data' anymore when being clustered by the same Fact Sheet type on one axis that's also used for a drill-down configured in the report settings.
Dashboards:
In addition to fields and tags, the Quality Seal status can now be shown in charts on Dashboards. For instance, a breakdown of Applications that are in draft, approved, or requiring review ('broken' Quality Seal).
Accessibility:
The time-slider on reports and the project selector on reports with the Business Transformation Management (BTM) module are now fully keyboard accessible, enabling seamless navigation without a mouse or similar device.
Screen readers can properly read the state of the elements on the filter tab of the inventory (e.g., 'Type', 'Hierarchy Level', 'Subscription', 'Data Quality', etc.). With this improvement, assistive technology users can now gather information, activate, and see the status of user interface controls.
We added a tooltip for the collapsable 'show more options' and side panel toggle icons in the inventory, providing information about their functionality.
Integrations:
Version 1.2.8 of our Confluence Server and Data Center Edition plugin has been released on the Atlassian Marketplace. It's compliant with the Confluence 7.19 LTS release and addresses an authorization vulnerability.
