EAM weekly feature improvement & bugfix summary

The following feature improvements have been implemented, and bugs fixed this week:

Automations:

• The option to 'set Quality State' has been added to the list of available actions enabling approval or break of the Quality Seal in Automations (e.g., when subscriptions are added or removed).

• A To-Do that's been created using the 'create Action Item' action in Automations can now be assigned to subscribers from another Fact sheet with 'Fixed Fact Sheets subscriptions'. In addition to the previous options to assign a To-Do to the Fact Sheet creator, specific users, or existing subscribers of the Fact Sheet, the new option allows creating the To-Do for subscribers of a reference Fact Sheet (e.g., a domain owner of a Business Capability, or a responsible user of a User Group).

Inventory

• The modal to add or edit a subscription on the Fact Sheet details page has been fixed to render properly on small screens.

Business Transformation Management (BTM):

• When moving a transformation that includes relations from one Project / Transformation Item Fact Sheet to another one, the relations are now moved over correctly.
