The following feature improvements have been implemented, and bugs fixed in the last week:

Reports:

  • The Lifecycle filter in the reports has been improved to display the selected timeline dates with a time slider present when the newly introduced time slider option has been selected in the dropdown. This functionality can be applied to reports with a timeline, such as in the Landscape, Matrix, Interface Circle Map, and Portfolio (in the BTM workspace) via the left-side panel and the Smart Search. Once applied, the default behavior of the report changes from displaying Fact Sheets from the 'effective within time frame' option to respecting the time slider dates.

  • In the Interface Circle Map Report, the default lifecycle filter 'Any' is synced to the timeline for the Interface Fact Sheet.

  • In the Interface Circle Map, the 'Open in Data Flow' link on the right-side panel has been disabled for users with the 'Viewer' role.

  • A bug has been fixed which prevented the timeline cursor from appearing in the correct position while hovering even when the side panel was expanded or collapsed.

Diagrams:

  • In the Next-Generation Diagram Editor, users can now also select aggregations for views on fields on relations and related Fact Sheets in the view mode.

  • The option to select view in the Next-Generation Diagram Editor has been extended to allow changing the aggregation type for views on relation fields or fields of related Fact Sheets. For single-select fields, the options are MIN or MAX, and for numeric fields, the options are SUM and AVG. This functionality enables users to see how the aggregation is set up for a specific field on a relation or related Fact Sheet and manage it.

Meta-Model configuration: All fields of type STRING are not supported, thereby, have been removed from the facet filters. Further validation has been added to avoid this happening again in the future.
