EAM integration: Sync parent-child relation & subscribers

The EAM discovery integration now allows you to bring in subscribers from EAM applications. To enable the integration, use the toggle feature in the adminUI. The integration will sync both accountable & responsible subscribers (from the application) to the equivalent Product Fact Sheet in VSM. It also allows users in VSM to easily identify the owners of that product.
