Deprecation of service info tab

The 'service info' tab under the settings of each service gives customers the ability to add tags and notes related to a particular service. With the new UI for the about service, the tags and notes are displayed on the right side of the workspace along with other service-related information such as business owner, compliance, manage integration status, etc.

To improve user accessibility, we decided to deprecate the service info tab. Customers can now add the tags and notes by clicking the 'edit' option that appears when hovered over.
