Decommissioning support for Contacts in Surveys

Contacts are individuals listed as Fact Sheet subscribers without LeanIX accounts or workspace invitations. Currently, Contacts can participate in Surveys with basic questions, bypassing user authentication. However, based on the assessment of the usage and impact of the feature through a recent survey of LeanIX customers, it was concluded that there has been low adoption of the feature since its introduction.

Beginning tomorrow, November 1, 2023, creating surveys with contacts as recipients will no longer be possible.

From January 1, 2024, we will discontinue our support for all survey links previously sent out to contacts.
