Dashboard templates guiding onboarding for application portfolio management

Newly added dashboard templates guide enterprise architects and fact sheet owners new to SAP LeanIX through the first steps of application portfolio management. The journey is broken down into goals, milestones, and tasks (including enablement content) and allows users to execute them step by step. In addition, integrated best-practice metrics provide guidance and real-time transparency on data quality.

Since June, the onboarding dashboard template for enterprise architects has been available in newly created workspaces. The additional fact sheet owner dashboard focuses on the work of member users and serves as the landing page, enabling them to stay on top of things when they continue to use SAP LeanIX.

Both dashboard templates can now be activated for existing workspaces in the new admin area's 'Dashboards' section. In this section, admins can find all settings related to dashboards previously available under 'General'. As we continue to add more guiding content to updated template versions in the future, admins can see when they've added which version to their workspace.
