Custom fields for contracts list

Custom fields are an easy way to track metadata on your contracts that are not already available in the default overview. To give more flexibility in analysis and reporting, we are introducing custom fields for the 'contracts list'.

Customers will now be able to easily add and track custom columns directly on the contracts list. To do this simply click on the columns tab and then choose the custom option.

Based on the data to be tracked, custom fields can be defined based on the following field type:

• Free text

• Checkbox

• Date

• User

• Person

• Single & Multi-select

To enhance the contracts tracking process, customers can decide which custom fields to reflect in the contracts list from all the created ones by checking the box next to each custom field.
