Critical defect in the SAP LeanIX plugin for Confluence 10 — immediate action required

Atlassian does not provide us with information about which customers have a specific plugin version installed. As a result, we cannot identify and contact only those potentially at risk, so we're reaching out to a broader audience to ensure they are informed.

Important: This issue affects only self-hosted Confluence Server/Data Center installations. Confluence Cloud is not affected.

We've identified a critical defect in version 1.4.3 of the SAP LeanIX plugin for Confluence 10. Version 1.4.4 with a validated fix is now available. We strongly recommend upgrading the plugin immediately.

Under certain conditions involving concurrent page updates, the defect can cause a complete Confluence 10 outage, making your organization’s entire instance unavailable to all users, including pages with no SAP LeanIX content. The risk increases with user activity and can affect any installation running the affected combination.
