Create surveys that cover fields on relations

We've enhanced SAP LeanIX surveys by allowing creators to incorporate fields on relations directly into questions on fact sheet elements. With this improvement, we aim to support comprehensive data collection through surveys and foster collaboration.

In the response form, participants will see a table showing the related fact sheets and the latest data on the fields on those relations. If more than two fields on relations are included, participants can scroll sideways to access all fields.

While survey creators can select multiple fields on relations, we advise being mindful of survey length, more fields can make surveys time-consuming for participants. Any changes to relation fields are immediately written to the fact sheet, regardless of whether the survey submit button is clicked.
