Single-select fields are the most used field types in LeanIX Fact Sheets. Triggering an action item whenever a certain single-select field changes its value enables users to react to their most important and concise events. For this purpose, Automations has been extended to configure triggers based on value changes for any single-select field in Fact Sheets. Users can choose any single-select field from the drop-down menu and set values for the 'from' and 'to' fields to trigger the Automation. This functionality unlocks many use cases like creating action Items whenever the most important fields change, setting tags based on fields, and assigning subscriptions based on field values, e.g., 'subscribe the EA to all mission-critical apps as an Observer.'

In addition, action items can be configured based on single-select fields on Fact Sheets. Users can set fields based on other fields by choosing the field type from the drop-down menu and setting the corresponding value of the field.

For more details on this functionality, please refer to the 'Automations' section in the LeanIX user documentation.
