Classify and track transformation impacts in the language your organization uses

Defining how you cluster transformation impacts lets you represent categories that carry meaning for your organization. Impact types can now be fully customized, so reports and fact sheet detail pages reflect your organization's language rather than a fixed set of defaults. For example, rather than working only with types like "Rollout" or "Decommissioning", you can add types like "Enhancement" or "Reduction" to capture the full picture of how applications are changing.

As an admin, you can create, rename, color-code, and deactivate impact types to match your organization's governance model and language. See the SAP Help Portal for more details and setup instructions.
