Choose instance and specific product for incident status updates

Workplace admins can directly subscribe to specific products of their choice in their regions instead of all products and instances. In addition, the structure for status updates has been simplified, where detailed information is given for the relevant product in the selected instance whenever an incident is created, updated, or resolved.

To receive product incident status updates, admins can click the 'Subscribe to updates' button on LeanIX Status Page and subscribe via email. In addition, they can choose which products and instances to receive updates for.
