Bring focus to your workspace with views

Workspace views help you organize and filter data for different user groups. Instead of showing all information at once, admins can configure views for specific teams and purposes, filtering data to show users only what's relevant to their work. This reduces distractions and helps users concentrate on relevant information.

As an admin, you can create views with global fact sheet filters and selected dashboards, reports, and diagrams for different scenarios and stakeholders. You can maintain full access for some user roles while providing simplified views to others.

Users can switch views from the top navigation bar. While the views are separate from read and write permissions, they respect these access rights. By displaying only in-scope items, views support new SAP LeanIX users and guide stakeholders through specific initiatives like post-merger integration or regional application assessments.
