Here's the outlook for April 2025:
Get guidance when linking applications to business capabilities
Knowing which business capabilities an application supports is essential for almost any decision-making in application portfolio management. We're working to ensure this relation is clearly documented in SAP LeanIX architecture inventories.
In April, we'll start guiding users in early adopter care with contextual recommendations on which business capabilities an application typically relates to. These suggestions for relevant links between the fact sheets will be based on semantic similarities of relations in your workspaces.
The guidance will be seamless across various product areas through sorting by relevance, whether editing on a fact sheet details page, navigating through table views, or exploring report side panels.
If you'd like to participate in the Early Adopter Care program, please express your interest through feedback on the roadmap item, and we'll be in touch. You'll need to have business capabilities defined in your workspace in order to participate.

See transformations directly on fact sheets
Although business transformations are primarily undertaken in phases, they are continuous and have a broad scope of impacts on the architecture. For planning and executing them, involved stakeholders require both perspectives: an initiative overview and a view of the details right where they will happen.
To reflect this in workspaces with SAP LeanIX Architecture and Road Map Planning, we're bringing the creation and details of transformations directly to the details page of fact sheets affected by a transformation. A highlight on each attribute will indicate where impacts happen, and when clicking them, a side panel will open with more information.
If you'd like to participate in the Early Adopter Care program for this new feature starting in April, express your interest through feedback on the roadmap item, and we'll be in touch.

Navigate DORA compliance in financial institutions
The EU's Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) for financial institutions and third-party ICT service providers is now enforceable.
With the release of an optional meta model extension in April, we'll help you gain visibility into and assess the business risk of security incidents under DORA. Automatically added fields on applications, IT components, and provider fact sheets will offer a centralized overview to evaluate, visualize, and quantify how interruptions could impact your business functions.
