Apply AI capabilities to your LeanIX workspace

We're excited to announce the general availability of generative AI capabilities in LeanIX.

Admins can opt into the AI capabilities for a workspace from the admin area's 'Optional Feature & Early Access' section. After signing off AI terms, users can apply the power of gen AI to their enterprise architecture data.

Compared to the previous beta phase, this release unlocks further use cases and extends the benefits to member users. Here's what it includes:

• Inventory AI prompt (formerly 'AI Assistant'): Admin users will find predefined prompts via the relabeled 'Start AI prompt' button at the top of the inventory to generate descriptions, obtain details about specific fact sheets, and request recommendations.

  

• AI-assisted text allows member users to effortlessly create or enhance various types of text content by analyzing the context and providing options to improve it through rewriting or summarizing existing text (e.g., for fact sheet descriptions).

  

• AI-generated context provides additional information and insights by analyzing existing data and context, helping users better understand tasks or requests and make informed decisions. (e.g., for to-dos).

  

The AI capabilities are powered by Microsoft's Azure OpenAI Service and are included in the Application Portfolio Management workspaces as base AI capabilities.

The beta phase of the AI Assistant with its current feature set will end on April 30, 2024, at which point the capabilities will be removed from workspaces.
