Answer your questions in seconds with the Enterprise Architecture Assistant

Getting answers about your architectural data has traditionally meant filtering, exporting, and cross-referencing across multiple views, oftentimes a slow process for questions that come up every day. Risk and lifecycle audits, data quality checks, rationalization analysis, portfolio-wide queries: these are the tasks enterprise architects run most often. The Enterprise Architecture Assistant is built to help you tackle them.

Ask a question in plain language, and the assistant provides a sourced answer from your workspace. It reads your inventory and connected documentation, such as Confluence pages and newly available workspace files, while understanding your meta model. Every answer is attributed to its source, and nothing changes in your workspace without your explicit approval. All languages are supported.

The assistant can also do structural work, such as generating capability models, drafting architecture decision records, and proposing fact sheet updates based on a document you reference.

Coming soon, we will extend the assistant with further capabilities, such as web research, allowing you to compare applications, enrich fact sheets, and access market news with data from the World Wide Web. In future releases, the assistant will also be able to create automations and calculations and support you in finding, configuring, and creating reports and diagrams.

The assistant is available in all workspaces with signed AI terms and requires AI Units assigned to your tenant. You can access the assistant under the "More" navigation menu in the main navigation bar.
