Announcement: Retirement of Smart Indicators Dashboard

At LeanIX, we continuously monitor and track features to understand their adaptability amongst users and improve them constantly. However, in the past 90 days, the Smart Indicator Dashboard has received only 215 clicks from even fewer users. Moreover, a dedicated place for calculating default and custom indicators, also known as the KPI feature, has grown. To keep LeanIX lean, we have decided to retire the Smart Indicators Dashboard effective from March 31, 2023.

The Smart Indicators dashboard will be removed from all workspaces, and Smart Indicators will not be calculated anymore. Existing values will remain available in their respective Metrics series so that no data will be lost. In addition, the retirement of Smart Indicators will not affect the KPI feature. This capability will be revisited to create a better concept for benchmarking in the future based on KPIs.
