Contract management is a new optional fact sheet type that connects your contractual data directly to your existing IT inventory, giving you a unified view of what you have and how it is contractually bound.
With contract management, you can:
Consolidate contract data: Store vendor details, start and end dates, renewal terms, and associated costs alongside the applications they govern.
Proactively manage renewals: Track upcoming expirations and renewal windows to give your team enough time to negotiate, renegotiate, or terminate.
Understand costs: Gain granular insight into spending per contract and application, identify redundant agreements, and find cost-reduction opportunities.
Track compliance obligations: Capture license terms and contractual requirements directly in your inventory to support audits and reduce the risk of non-compliance.
Inform strategic decisions: Use contractual data to support cloud migration, application rationalization, and vendor consolidation with full visibility into your commitments.
To get started, activate contract management in the admin area of your workspace under the optional features section or in the Extension Hub.
