Contract management is a new optional fact sheet type that connects your contractual data directly to your existing IT inventory, giving you a unified view of what you have and how it is contractually bound.

With contract management, you can:

• Consolidate contract data: Store vendor details, start and end dates, renewal terms, and associated costs alongside the applications they govern.

• Proactively manage renewals: Track upcoming expirations and renewal windows to give your team enough time to negotiate, renegotiate, or terminate.

• Understand costs: Gain granular insight into spending per contract and application, identify redundant agreements, and find cost-reduction opportunities.

• Track compliance obligations: Capture license terms and contractual requirements directly in your inventory to support audits and reduce the risk of non-compliance.
