See which AI agents support each part of your organization in SAP SuccessFactors

HR and organizational leaders can now discover and govern AI adoption across their teams without leaving SAP SuccessFactors. Verified AI agents from the SAP AI Agent Hub are now visible directly in SuccessFactors, alongside the organizational units they support.

Until now, understanding which AI agents were deployed across the organization required access to the SAP AI Agent Hub, which HR and organizational leaders typically do not work in on a day-to-day basis. We now bring that context into SuccessFactors, where organizational data already lives.

A new Verified Agents section appears for each organizational unit in the company structure overview. From there, users can see which approved agents are associated with their unit, open the agent fact sheet in AI Agent Hub to review capabilities, ownership, and governance status, and navigate directly to the related organization fact sheet.

This feature requires the SuccessFactors integration to be set up and AI agents to be linked to your organization's fact sheets in AI Agent Hub.
