Assign ownership for discovered items in your discovery inboxes

The discovery inboxes in your workspace aggregate items found automatically across your technology landscape: AI assets such as agents and models, SaaS applications, and SAP systems and services. When multiple people triage these inboxes together, it has not always been clear who is responsible for which discovered item. Without a way to signal ownership or distribute work, effective collaboration becomes harder as the volume of discoveries grows.

You can now assign any inbox item to a workspace user with access to the discovery inbox, either individually or in bulk. Every assignment is recorded in the item’s changelog, including who made the assignment and when, so your team always has a clear picture of accountability.

To keep assignments visible at a glance, a new column and a dedicated filter appear in the inbox, letting you see and narrow the list by owner, including your own items and unowned ones. When you filter by your own items and share that link, each colleague who opens it sees their own items rather than yours, so no separate links are needed per person.

This feature applies to all three discovery inboxes: AI agent discovery, SaaS discovery, and SAP discovery.
