Weekly feature improvement and bugfix summary

Inventory

We fixed a bug where the quality seal button was visible on fact sheets even when the feature was disabled for the workspace.

Reports

• We fixed a bug where hyperlinks in custom reports required an extra click to open on Microsoft Edge.

• In workspaces with SAP LeanIX Architecture and Road Map Planning, you can now see which transformations affect a fact sheet directly from the report side panel. A new transformations tab is available when viewing fact sheets in landscape, matrix, and roadmap reports, so you can no longer need to navigate to the fact sheet detail page to find this information.

Diagrams

In free draw diagrams, when you create new fact sheets or relations within the canvas, they appear in the Updates modal alongside other changes. The plus icon used to indicate pending items that were added has changed from green to gray for visual consistency.

Integrations

We fixed a bug in the SAP Signavio integration that caused lifecycle dates synchronized to Signavio dictionary items to be sent in an incorrect format.

AI agent discovery

When discovering AI agents via Microsoft Entra ID, you can now capture the technical owner of each agent instance. After extending the required API permissions in your Entra ID app registration and updating your existing integration in your SAP LeanIX workspace, the synchronization will automatically populate the technical owner field on discovered AI agents in the discovery inbox. This gives your organization richer governance data and clearer accountability for AI workloads. For details on the updated permission scope and configuration steps, see the SAP Help Portal.
