Classify architecture decisions with dropdown fields
Teams managing large libraries of architecture decisions often struggle to classify and compare them consistently. Free-text fields give flexibility but no shared vocabulary. Dropdown fields solve this.
As an admin, you can now add single-select and multi-select dropdown fields to architecture decision templates. Define the options once, for example, line of business, ARB status, or risk level, and every decision created from that template presents the same standardized choices. Selected values appear as badges on the decision, making classification visible at a glance. When you rename or remove an option in the template, existing decisions are automatically updated.
Coming next: Dropdown values will become filterable and sortable in the decisions list, so you can answer questions like "Show me all proposed decisions from the automotive category".
