The logic of assigning the initial Quality Seal value when cloning Fact Sheets has been aligned with the logic of calculating the initial Quality Seal value of a new Fact Sheet.
This results in:
Cloned Fact Sheets appear in the 'Draft' state if the 'Draft' state is active in the configuration of the Fact Sheet type.
Cloned Fact Sheets appear in the 'Broken' state if the 'Draft' state is not active in the configuration of the Fact Sheet type.
