Actual Spend in new Reports tab

Accessible via an additional 'Reports' tab in the top navigation bar, the new 'Actual Spend' report provides an overview of your SaaS spending patterns. It's designed with interactive bar charts to grasp the distribution and magnitude of expenses quickly.

You have the option to:

• Select your preferred granularity of analysis by choosing different time units (months, quarters, years).

• Apply filtering options (including tags, custom fields, departments, and business owners).

• Inspect a detailed spend table below the chart, listing all services and their corresponding spend within the selected period.

• Export the report for further analysis or sharing with stakeholders

In the future, other insightful reports will be introduced to the 'Reports' tab for direct access (e.g., Committed Spend).
