Weekly feature improvement and bugfix summary

Starting July 1st, 2026, SAP LeanIX will automatically delete archived users 90 days after archival to ensure compliance with GDPR and similar privacy legislation. We have also expanded the SSO setup wizard from 2 to 5 steps with dedicated guidance for Entra ID, Okta, and SAP IAS, and added the ability to embed specific diagram versions in architecture decisions. Additionally, we improved the surfacing of obsolescence risk for applications linked via system fact sheets, and fixed a bug where direct links to the relation explorer failed to open correctly. On April 27, management of executive KPIs will be enhanced and move to the admin area, making it the single place to manage all KPIs. This week's release also brings a fix for chart-based custom reports that appeared blank on export, two improvements to calculations (new readable fields and visible input data in test runs), and an expanded Jira Service Management integration that now supports further fact sheet types for mappings.

We fixed several bugs in Inventory, including an Excel import timeout issue, a resource URL character limit issue, a miscalculated read-only field, overly strict mandatory relation validation, and a fact sheet clone that didn't respect field permissions.
