Fact Sheets: Limit edit rights based on subscription type in meta model configuration (voted #7 in Q4)

Provide admins with the ability to make fields editable for certain subscription types only.

• Extend the meta model configuration to limit field editing to a certain subscription type (Responsible, Accountable, Observer, ...)

• Not part of the initial scope for Q2 commit: Limit field editing to a configured subscription role (e.g. Application Owner). Functionality for subscription type will be the foundation for the subscription role.
