Extend public API capabilities

To further extend the ability to integrate SMP deeply into all kinds of data sources we plan to extend the capabilities of our public API based on the feedback we have received.

As part of this initiative, we will add additional resources to our API and extend the capabilities of the already existing API endpoints.
